July 12, 2008.  Today was a long ride up to Tennessee.  We were going to ride the Cherohala Skyway   http://www.cherohala.com/   but the temperature got into the 90's so we ended up heading south before we got there.  It was still a 280 mile day.

Starting in Canton with a nutritious and healthy breakfast of lard.

Stopping for water.  We met some Harley guys that were headed back to Nashville.

Lunch at the Tellico Cafe which is a bikers favorite

Some town in Tennessee on the way home.  Stopping for a break and some water using a shaded area of a bank.

One more break in Jasper and then home.
