August 15, 2009.  Paul McCartney at Piedmont Park.  He played for 2 1/2 hours!  Two encores.  40,000 + people.  When the Beatles played Atlanta in the 60's the tickets were $5.50.  This time they were either $79 or $400.  They also had VIP tickets that included a table for 4 and a bottle of champagne for $5,000.00.  There was also an option for $10,000 - you got a table for 8 and food and booze.  You also got private air-conditioned bathrooms and not the porta potties we low lives used.

Glad they had the 60 foot screens.

You could bring blankets but no umbrellas or coolers.
